Pathway partners

Are you a school, RTO, GTO or Indigenous program?

We work alongside education and community partners to connect program completion with structured workforce pathways. Start with a short conversation about your students, region and intended outcomes.

Common questions

A few things people usually ask first.

Are you actually Indigenous-owned?

Yes. Indi Connect is 100% Indigenous-owned and Indigenous-led. It is the foundation of the business and the way we approach opportunity, partnership and accountability.

What does an engagement cost?

Cost depends on scope, location, timing and the capability required. We provide a clear quote against the agreed brief and are happy to discuss budget early.

How quickly can you mobilise a crew?

Timing depends on location, inductions, ticket verification and project requirements. Once scoped, we provide a practical mobilisation timeline.

Do you only place Indigenous workers?

No. We recruit and place capable people for the role while maintaining a strong focus on Indigenous participation, upskilling and sustainable careers.

Can you support our reconciliation strategy?

Yes. We support practical reconciliation, participation and engagement strategies designed to move from commitment into implementation.

Where do you operate?

We operate nationally, with workforce and consulting availability confirmed against each project’s location and scope.

How do you handle cultural authority?

We do not speak for Country. Cultural engagements should involve the appropriate Traditional Owners, Elders or Knowledge Holders, properly briefed, remunerated and acknowledged.
